Ascension Construction Solutions (ACS), performed as Construction Manager at Risk of a Hyperscale Data Center Campus as part of a Tri-Venture. This Campus consists of four – 80MW data centers with a combined value of $1.26B.

Ascension Construction Solutions (ACS) performed as the Prime CMR to install Coolant Distribution Units in an active Datacenter to provide Liquid Cooling to the Server Racks. This project was fast tracked to remove 6 weeks from the overall duration, and ACS was able to complete on time.

Ascension Construction Solutions (ACS) provided extensive preconstruction, construction management, administration, and inspection services for the new Fire Station 36, a 30,050-square-foot facility. This state-of-the-art one-story building with a subgrade lower level is designed to meet the City of Columbus's expanding needs, particularly in the northeast area.
